For Chicken Donuts Paste
– 225 gm Boneless Chicken Breast
– 1 1/2 tsp Garlic(Minced)
– 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
– 1/2 Potato (boiled)
– 1 tbsp Onion (chopped)
– Coriander Leaves (chopped)
– 1/2 Carrot (grated)
– 1/8 tsp Chilli Flakes
– 1/8 tsp Chilli Powder
– 1/4 tsp Salt
– 1/4 Sumin Seeds Powder
– Black Pepper Powder
– Oil (for shaping chicken donuts)
For Coating Chicken donuts:
– All-Purpose Flour
– 1 Egg (whisked)
– Bread Crumbs
For Frying Chicken Donuts:
For Chicken Donuts paste:
1. Take chicken, garlic, bread crumbs, boiled potato, finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, grated carrot, chilli flakes, chilli powder, salt, cumin seed powder, black pepper powder into a blender jar. Blend these ingredients into a fine paste
2. Grease oil on a plate and shape the chicken donuts paste into regular-sized flat balls.
3. Keep them in the freezer for 2-3 hrs. Later, cut a hole into the centre of that balls.
4. Now dip these doughnuts in all-purpose flour, egg and bread crumbs. And keep them in the freezer again for 1-2 hours
5. Afterwards, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken donuts. Once they are crispy and golden in colour, remove them and serve.
Your crispy chicken donuts/chicken rings are ready to serve!
