2 Onions (chopped)
1 inch Ginger
5 Garlic Cloves
3-4 Green Chillies
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder (roasted)
1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
1 cup Milk
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
4 Eggs (boiled)
Method: lets, start with the paste for which take Onion, Ginger, Garlic Cloves, Green Chillies now grind it to make smooth paste. Now for Curry heat up the Oil, once it is hot add the masala and saute till the Oil is separated. Then add Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Seed Powder (roasted), Garam Masala powder. Reduce the flame and saute the ingredients for a moment and then add Cup Milk, stir this continuously till the gravy become thick and creamy. Add salt and to make it creamy add Fresh Cream on low flame saute for a bit then add Eggs (as shown in the video). Now cover it and cook it for two minutes, turn the egg and repeat the same. Now your Egg Malai Masala is ready to be served.
