Ingredients for Masala Fluffy Omelette:
(Serves 2)
– Oil
– 1 Onion(chopped)
– 1/2 tsp Garlic(minced)
– 1/2 tsp Ginger(minced)
– Salt
– Red Chilli Powder
– 1/4 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
– Coriander Leaves(chopped)

Ingredients for Fluffy Omelette:
– 8 Eggs
– Salt
– Butter
– Black Pepper Powder

1. Turn on the flame, and heat oil in a pan
2. Now in the hot oil, add chopped onion, and once they turn translucent, add minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped tomato, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder, and let all of it cook together
3. Add chopped coriander leaves; mix it and take it out on a plate
4. Now break eggs, and take out egg whites in a bowl, and egg yolks in a separate bowl
5. Start whisking the egg yolks, until they turn thick
6. In the egg whites, add salt and whisk it
7. Now, add the whisked egg yolks to the whisked egg white bowl, and mix it
8. In a pan add butter and grease it
9. In a separate pan also, add butter and grease it
10. Now, add whisked eggs to both of these pan
11. In one of the pan, turn the flame to low; cover the pan and let it cook
12. In the other pan, add Masala and chopped coriander leaves
13. Now, cover this and let it cook on a low flame for about 3-4 minutes
14. Uncover the cooked plain fluffy omelet and add black pepper powder over it
15. Now, fold this plain fluffy omelet on one side, and cover it for more 30 seconds
16. Do the same with the masala fluffy omelet, and cover it form more 10 seconds
17. Take out both the omelettes on a plate and serve it hot
