Today Get Curried present to you two unique type of Egg Bhurji which include ‘Boiled Egg Bhurji’ & Parsi Specialty Sali per Eedu by Chef Tarika.
Both have different taste and flavors , Sali per Eedu is an Parsi Specialty which serve individually, a good lunch to carry to work as well. Amazing healthy breakfast for Kids as well as Adults.
Sali Par Eedu is a quintessential traditional breakfast recipe made with eggs on fried potato straws that belongs to Parsi Cuisine.

Boiled Egg Bhurji is a quick, delicious scrambled egg recipe which is a spiced up version of scrambled eggs with onions, tomatoes, green chillies and some spice powder. Serve the Egg Bhurji hot with buttered toast or fried bread or with roti or parathas. This dish can be used for sandwich filling also.

For Boiled Egg Bhurji
4 Eggs (boiled)
2 Bay Leaves
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Green Chilli (chopped)
1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Coriander Leaves (chopped)

For Parsi Special Sali Per Eedu
1/2 Onion (chopped)
1 Green Chilli (chopped)
1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
Raw Sugar
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1 cup Potato Sali
2 Eggs
Black Pepper Powder

Method: First we prepare Boiled Egg Bhurji for which lets start with 4 Eggs (boiled) cutting into half and those half into half, after that heat up the Oil add Bay Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Onion (chopped) saute it properly then add Green Chilli (chopped), Garlic (chopped), Ginger (chopped). Cook it for few moments and then add Tomato (chopped) stir it a bit. Now add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Seed Powder, Garam Masala Powder. Mix it together and Cook it properly. Turn of the heat and now add the Eggs, coat them properly in the masala and your Boiled Egg Bhurji is ready to serve, add Coriander Leaves (chopped) springle into the top.
Now For Parsi Special Sali Per Eedu, lets heat up the Oil and add Onion (chopped), Green Chilli (chopped), Garlic (chopped), Ginger (chopped) cook it for few moments then add Tomatoes (chopped), Raw Sugar, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Seed Powder. Mix the masala properly with each other and add Potato Sali, coated it properly with tomato mixture, make a space to add the Eggs (as shown in the video). Now pour Eggs in the space, cover the pan and let it cook on low flame.
After taking the cover off add Black Pepper Powder over the eggs and your Parsi Special Sali Per Eedu is ready to serve.
